ABOUT DONGYUE MACHINERY
Shijiazhuang Dongyue Machinery Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures extrusion, compounding and pelletizing systems for compounders, masterbatch producers, cable-material makers and recyclers. We start with your material and required output, then configure the machine and complete line around it.
To help polymer processors achieve consistent, high-quality output by engineering extrusion and pelletizing systems around each customer's material, formulation and production target.
To be a trusted long-term equipment partner for polymer processors worldwide — known for process-led engineering, dependable machines and responsive technical support.
Every configuration starts from the material and the pellet you need to produce — not a fixed template.
Robust drives, wear-resistant components and process interlocks so lines keep running in real production.
Catalogue values are presented as indicative and confirmed for your formulation — no inflated claims.
Consultation, configuration, commissioning guidance and spare parts across the life of your equipment.
Screw, feeding, venting, pelletizing and control matched to your polymer and output.
From upstream feeding through extrusion, pelletizing and downstream handling as one system.
Material and process consultation before the sale, and commissioning and service after it.
Control cabinets built to your local voltage and frequency, packed for international shipment.
How we build confidence into every machine before it ships.
Machines are assembled, run and inspected before shipment; full lines can be trial-run on request.
Tool-steel screw elements and carbide-lined barrel options for abrasive filled and reinforced compounds.
Lubrication, feeding, melt-pressure and over-current interlocks protect both the machine and the product.
Documented build with screw elements, wear parts and control components supported for maintenance.
Third-party certifications are provided on request where documentary evidence exists. Please ask our team for the current status relevant to your market.
Selection starts with your polymer, filler or additive loading, target throughput in kg/h and the pellet specification. From there we match screw diameter, L/D ratio, screw configuration, feeding, venting and pelletizing method. Sharing a material data sheet or sample lets us recommend a suitable configuration.
Throughput is formulation-dependent. Across the twin-screw range, catalogue reference outputs span from laboratory scale up to several tonnes per hour on the largest platforms. Final figures are confirmed for your specific formulation during configuration.
Water-cooled strand pelletizing suits many reinforced and filled compounds; air-cooled strand or chain pelletizing suits heat-sensitive or lightly filled materials; air-cooled hot-face and water-ring hot-face pelletizing suit filled systems, blends and higher outputs. We recommend a method based on your material and pellet requirements.
Yes. Control options range from a standard operator panel to a simulated panel or PLC control, with lubrication, feeding, pressure and over-current interlocks. Voltage and frequency are built to your local supply — please provide these when requesting a quote.
We provide pre-sales material and process consultation, configuration, installation guidance, commissioning and operator training, plus spare parts and maintenance support. The exact scope is confirmed in your project proposal.
The polymer and formulation, additive or filler percentage, required output in kg/h, preferred pelletizing method, final product or application, and your voltage and frequency. You can submit all of this, along with technical files, on our Request a Quote page.
Request a quotation, arrange an engineering consultation, or ask for the equipment catalogue.
Complete compounding and pelletizing lines, configured around the compound rather than a catalogue default — from a 22 mm laboratory machine to a 133 mm line running several tonnes an hour.

Our equipment is sold throughout China and exported to compounders, masterbatch producers and cable-material makers across Asia, Europe and Australia. We handle the whole chain in-house — design, production, sales and after-sales service — so the same team that configures your screw geometry is the one that commissions the line and supplies its spare parts.
Machines are packed for international shipment, and voltage and frequency are built to your local supply.
